i dont do horse racing

but my guess would be betfair, due to the fact that they have higher liquidity than most books (I am assuming)

for uk horses at least they have very high liquidity so I have to assume their lines are as sharp as anywhere

???? Any offshore book is not real good as far as betting horses, capped payouts, post time issues all the time. If you bet horses you use legal usa ones hooked into he totes

I love Betfair but need more books I think. If you wanted to make a top 3, maybe one for US and UK horseracing how would it look?

The fact is you will be limited on any book other than Betfair if you are a long term winner.
B365 is great for horseracing, particularly UK racing. If you are what is considered a "recreational" bettor, then you can't go wrong there. They offer "Best Odds Guaranteed", which is pretty much an industry standard now amongst the reputable books that offer UK racing, and have markets for pretty much everything racing related. You won't have issues with slow pays either. You probably won't need any other book for UK racing (until you get limited that is). Once you get limited, then it's a problem you'll probably face everywhere, and then it's back to the exchange.
