Betot stealing bonus of 900

Hi.

I have submitted a formal complaint to sbr today. I´ll let you all know what happens with the 900 that Betot stole from me.

The case is in short terms that Betot gave me 900 cash and told me it was mine to keep after meeting the roll over. I won some funds and asked for a withdrawl, and then they told me that the 900 would stay in my account but now it was only to play with and not cashable. After the withdrawl was finally completed they removed the bonus funds of 900, and I haven´t seen it since!

That is consistent with their published rules. I'll copy from the website:



* All accounts that have received a free play bonus must play for at least 15 days before withdrawal
* All bonus requirements must be completed before withdrawals are allowed
* Cash bonuses may not be paid out of the account. They are non-cashable
* When calculating the rollover on any given bonus the lower of the risk/win amounts will be used
* When calculating rollover on a free play, the actual winnings from the free play will be used.
* Any account that receive a cash bonus is required to keep an an active account for thirty days before withdrawal.



The only question might be when you did the deposit. I believe this is a fairly recent rule change so you may have a case if you deposited before the change happened. You could probably find that info in the discussions on this forum somewhere.

They changed other rules and there were mix ups of applying new rules to old deposits. Don't know if that's the case with you or not.

Thanks for the info Mudcat, however I was already aware of their rules. And yes you are right on the last one - I do have a case, because my deposit was made prior to their change. And furthermore; Betot informed me via live chat that my bonus would stay in my account after a withdrawl, which it did not!

Okay then you did the right thing filing a complaint with SBR. I think a lot of people would be interested in any updates you have as this goes along. BetOT/Phoenix made a lot of problems for themselves with poorly thought-out bonus deals, and a lot of people are concerned with how they will deal with things.

I submitted the complaint against Betot 4 days ago, and I still have not heard from SBR - is it normal that I have to wait this long?

I hate to say it but I think that is normal. I have read many comments just like this, with people who have filed complaints still not sure if they are in the system several days later.

I filled in a complaint about BetOT rollover issues at the beginning of feb and to this date still haven't had a reply.

The best suggestion I have is to go the Players Talk forum and start a thread with a title like SBR MODS: Do you have the BetOT complaint I filed ???? and explain how you are drifting in purgatory. Keep bumping it until a MOD responds with some info.

That should get some attention. Eventually. They probably have it but are just backed up. But they really should give people some kind of acknowledgement - with some kind of brief statement of what they can expect time-wise - as soon as complaints are filed. I see situations like this all the time where people are just left guessing.
