    Tom Waterhouse - slow pay
I requested a withdrawl on 11 December and I'm still waiting.

At first TW told me to wait, they then promised a remittance advice which it took 10 days to email.
My bank told me in February that the payment was made to them on 11 December and returned the following day because my name and account details were not included with the payment.

TW consistently don't reply to emails.

I don't think TW are deliberately not payng but they seem to be incapable of resolving the issue.

I finally got paid about a month ago.

It took months for TW to admit that the payment I asked for last December had been returned to them and then more months to get it from them again. At one point they issued a cheque (or said they did) but it never arrived. When I asked for it to be reissued they said they don't do cheques anymore.
I still don't think they were deliberatly avoiding paying but they are simply incompetent.

legit yeah, but no one who is any good will last more than 5 minutes there and for sports their odds are truly laughable!

I won't be playing there again. I was heavily limited anyway.

They're owned by WilliamHill now and even worse than when they started which is something.

Obviously legit and your money is safe, but WillHill are just a horrible service to bet with
