    Is it against the rule for trying to middle a live betting session game?
    I would think the book would encourage it due to much heavier juice and more actions. Does anyone know?

    I doubt it but books have different rules.
    Read the rules at the bookie you're referring to.
    You could always try betting one side at a different book if so.

            I suggest to make the middle in another book. Some books are really d*ck.

              It is probably not officially against any rules you will find on a book's website - but if you are making your middles by picking them off when they are slow to move a line in-play then it is definitely a sure-fire way to get noticed and end up with your limits cut/account closed.
