First of all sory for my bad English.
I have problem with Sbobet. FOR first verfication I need to send, ID+ TWO confrimations of my adress..... I send ID, Passport, Driving License, Bank Statment, innsurance statment and now extra my account is verifed.
I requested cash out and now Sbobet want "You could provide us with your bank certification letter to certify that you are the legitimate card holder, this bank certification must have your name, residential address and the masterc number appearing on it which is issued not more than 90 days.
Apart from that, please kindly provide us the other required documentation :
i) a front side copy of your Masterc.

I use Skrill and Master Cards for deposit, I want witraw money on skrill.
My card is DC not Credit, and my bank dont issue statment like this for DEBIT cards I'm not sure at all even issue for credit.
Sbobet don;t want cash out my money and send me email like above few times, I answer few times that I can't get this statment and they dont understand or what, send me again this same mail....
AAA I forgot I send to sobet scan of my front side copy of my masterc but it was not enough for them...
