When I first started a few years back it was common to get 10% or 20% freeplays with no rollover. And when there were rollovers, they were very small, not the 20 or 30x rollovers im seeing now. I cant remember what books off the top of my head, but there were several. Is there anywhere out there that still gives. Not looking for anything huge to come from a freeplay, but getting a 25$ or a 50$ play with no strings attached with a new deposit is a nice little bonus. Anyone old timers here to explain what happened?

#2there used to be a lot more options out there (especially for U.S. players) so they would do this to offer an incentive. Now that there are mostly only the larger books that the U.S. people deal with they have no real reason. also you'll notice with most of the big books that customer service is almost like dealing with robots now. as books get bigger they dont have a need to worry about the little things here and there, they cater to the masses.
they offer a set of perks and you either take them or go play elsewhere. they have 1000000 other customers lined up and unless you're losing $10k a week they just dont care. in years past you'd have a surprise FP show up in your account to show their appreciation, some books sent out packages with gifts, etc. that is long long gone my friendComment -

#720 or 30x rollovers? Where are you seeing that?? Yup, I used to get lots of free plays landing in my account many years back as well so a book could show appreciation for my business. The art of appreciation and customer service is not a difficult thing for a book to show if they are creative. The sad part is that they have no respect for the customers whatsoever...at least with the latest book that I have dealt with.Comment -

#10Free plays are a joke, unless the book allows you to use them on parlays. Or straight bets on any lines they offer.Comment -
