Heritage is not to blame here, you would have the exact same issue with any USA facing book. So I assume Heritage is upset about the thread title. as they should be.

i will not agree with you luckyjay, you talking with heritage they can fix the situation.... they follow "their rules", talking is the way to go, they offer you grade as "win" (i agree with that) plus a freebet, you said no?,,, thats a rudeness from your side.. you can post "heritage fix my situation and i got pay" and this thread ends.

So I said yes... As already explained to you it's not their rule, it's standard in the industry. You call it sucky because you didn't know it and got burned. If you'd been on the other side would you have made a thread extolling the virtues of Heritage, how they followed the rules and correctly graded your bet a win? Don't think so.
