hmmm ,,,, can this be seen as some sort of admission that they didn't act appropriately in the Canbet case?

This is an absolute joke. Add to this Globet rescinding their license - NOT having it revoked - all while the GC knew they were broke and Globet kept accepting deposits.
I know you scumbags at the GC read here so here you go: You cockroaches should be utterly ashamed of yourselves. How you bloody sleep at night is beyond me. Fukking useless motherfukkers and if I were a UK taxpayer I'd be setting up a protest outside your door.

From the UK GC website - Our work is funded by fees, paid by the operators that we license
They don't care about the gambler. They care about getting fees from the bookies.
Would be better if it was funded from taxes, at least then they would be properly audited

Reported elsewhere that Bodugi user database sold to Betbutler. Players' balances to be honoured but need to be bet once before withdrawal.

Bet Butler seen to be slow paying a lot of players after acquiring Bodugi, does anyone know if SBR have contacted them for an explanation?

There are a couple BetButler complaints on file. In one of the cases, they claim a payment is on the way.

I never understood why the UK Gambling Commission do not make bookmakers ring fence client funds. There really is not excuse for them not to do this. From December they want all UK facing firms to be licensed by them for 'player protection' yet client money is not ring fenced.

one thing I love about the uk is that they are regulated and protect their players.i do live in the states so 5dimes and boomaker are a must for me until football season where I go to vegas.it feels good though when your sister and her wife live in the uk.my sister says blackpool is called little vegas.they have all the options we use to have like pinnacle and the greek.they also tell me betfair is the way to go because they handle so much volume, and they email me and the bettig is cool.penetrate the states plus years ago wiliam hill had bought some casinos because they think betting will be regulated.delaware almost had it util the nfl and the holy rollers came and said it would tarnish the game and we have to proect the kids.it wud have been geat since I live in north caroilna.

after what happened with betislands i find it ironic, insulting and provocative for anyone affiliated with sbr to actually criticize anyone for scumming money from players
