1 Security of funds - player funds maintained in segregated accounts rather than used to fund the book's working capital - that rules out most if not all the CR books
2 Reasonable betting limits - that rules out all all the big name UK and Australian bookies

They know how to do it

USA Players wise not many other than the big boys

And yes, but many big UK books (top notch) don't cater to US players, so that doesnt help at all.

What about those that like bigger bonuses (50 - 75 - 100% FP) ? They dont fit this model, do they ?

No sir- Myself it gets to be too complicated at times with rollovers and freeplays. For some it works-gl to all.

We have seen several books take your money and then not have the capacity of paying back. How do you determine if a book can pay ?? Do you go by reference ??

I know of several books that were given great feedback and then went belly up and could not pay customers, in some cases didn't even settle for a proper payment with customers.
