Idiot Thread, simply tell them not to call, worked for me. Havent recieved a call in over a year. But then again, someone touting crap books like Fairlines and such, probably has other intentions starting these kind of threads.

in 15 years offshore ive also never had a problem from a book not having my real phone #...if they have a problem jusy say u changed it...pretty simple guys

Heritage stopped calling me after I got a "VIP" rep. Remember that big announcement? Maybe that was premerger. I haven't been called by Heritage since.

I wish BetJam was still around. Know of others like yourself too that got the boot from them. First time I have read about booted customers getting called though. Smells like desperation!

Smallish books can make crazy rules like that. Heritage is far from that small book status now. No surprise whatsoever to see them out begging now.

Heritage has gone downhill quickly. Their customer service is sorrowfully poor. They refuse to let you speak with a supervisor over valid issues. They are no longer giving a free monthly withdrawal like they used to. Stay away.

I can name a half dozen other books taking US players that are superior to them. Agree with everything you said.
