THere is a trust on Second Market that allows High Networth People to invest in bitcoin's price. http://www.bitcointrust.co/

The Winkelvoss twins of Facebook fame are trying to get a bitcoin ETF through but waiting on regulators, and I highly doubt it will be approved when you consider the shit-show going on right now with MtGox.

Very interesting. 3.5% annual fee, high but I kind of understand. Only $50m being managed.
