I think ARJEL is the French regulator, and only certain companies are approved to operate in France. Maybe wrong though. Pinnacle are not one of these companies.Originally posted by howard2712

I assume he want to register on pinny , although he is French. ARJEL blocks accessing betting sites from France, so maybe some proxy could resolve this. But I think that pinny does not accept French customers, so no way, maybe some other bookmaker.Comment -

Pinnacle does not accept French customers so... I don't know if you can do it. It's not even advisable to try and do it.
