I like Youwager they i would say are my second favorite. I will be depositing there next because of the timing. They have the wheel spin coming up plus the cash back on losses too which will help. And i did cash out here for $10000 once. So i know they pay. I have played at Sportbet which is run by 5dimes. I like it lots of choices but i have never cashed out there yet.And i am a little worried about 5dimes seems there are a few complaints on them lately. If you talk to generic customer service they are like robots and you will not get ANYWHERE. They will just repeat the basic company line over and over and over.

That's the one big downside for 5Dimes is sometimes their customer service are just so robotic and can't use common sense. You'd think they would WANT to assist a player asking for something after losing 7 deposits.

WRONG! I had this same exact situation just a few weeks ago. I was ready to claim the 8th deposit for free but was told i had a pending bet and could not claim the 8th deposit for free. The pending bet I had was for the colts to win the super bowl. Luckily the Colts were playing the Patriots that night and they lost. Minutes after the patriots beat the colts the pending wager was settled and I was then able to claim the promo.

Not sure what the situation is here that you are going through............but thats how it worked for me.
