They have always treated me with respect . I have cashed out several times there always got every cent. Bonuses are good and they always have paid. I do not understand how you can sit there and say they are a joke. As a matter of fact is there even a thread that someone has not been paid by them because i do not see one.

I like Youwager they i would say are my second favorite. I will be depositing there next because of the timing. They have the wheel spin coming up plus the cash back on losses too which will help. And i did cash out here for $10000 once. So i know they pay. I have played at Sportbet which is run by 5dimes. I like it lots of choices but i have never cashed out there yet.And i am a little worried about 5dimes seems there are a few complaints on them lately. If you can speak to someone with common sense and authority there they will do it for you in a heartbeat.
If you talk to generic customer service they are like robots and you will not get ANYWHERE. They will just repeat the basic company line over and over and over.
No reason they wouldn't make an exception for you if you don't run into issues all the time and ask for special things.
That's the one big downside for 5Dimes is sometimes their customer service are just so robotic and can't use common sense. You'd think they would WANT to assist a player asking for something after losing 7 deposits.

I love how people talk bad about RW but how many complaints have you seen posted on them? I don't know how you call a guy a shill for saying good things about RW unless there's something I'm not aware of.
I've been playing there for years and I've always gotten paid same day. Some of us don't care about 500 options to bet on. Those that do like tons of betting options then obviously RW is not the place for you and there's nothing wrong with that. I just want to place basic bets and not have to worry about getting paid when I win.
The only drawback is that that they don't post lines up early but that's what you get with a smaller shop. It's all about what each individual gamblers wants and needs are.Comment -
WRONG! I had this same exact situation just a few weeks ago. I was ready to claim the 8th deposit for free but was told i had a pending bet and could not claim the 8th deposit for free. The pending bet I had was for the colts to win the super bowl. Luckily the Colts were playing the Patriots that night and they lost. Minutes after the patriots beat the colts the pending wager was settled and I was then able to claim the promo.
Not sure what the situation is here that you are going through............but thats how it worked for me.
