Would just like to give credit where it is deserved. Everyone has their book of choice for whatever reason. Mine is Heritage and would just like to say thanks. They always take each situation/problem and come to some reasonable solution even if the customer is wrong. Can't express more about how much I enjoy there payouts and how quickly they come.

Nice to see your situation handled efficiently and I agree. Heritage has been very professional and accommodating to me as well and no I am not a losing player there. I consistently beat them on tennis and baseball every season and yet they have been nothing but professional and courteous to me during payouts or any other issues. I do also play a variety of other sports like NBA/Football as well so they know that I've been a good customer the last few years and just not out there to punish their props/special markets.Originally posted by Jbaby97

Today I tried to open an account at heritage after i felt unlucky at 5Dimes (can also be the result of nonsense NHL going on this month) so i filled in the form at their website, then it said me to call them to complete process. I called, the guy said that they are not taking any new customers at the moment. Couldn't be sure if that's because there is a some kind of ref code thing or it's because of my country or don't they really take new customers at the moment. Anyone experienced that recently? (My country was on their list at registration form and i got a tick next to it)Comment -

i don't think they are a sponsor anymore.....if they were they would of let you join through clicking the banner ad because it would be an official invite basically due to kickbacks. SBR no longer does these banner ads though.Originally posted by ardacet8

Heritage is really a top book. I had a zero balance, they released the cash back on Christmas day giving me $39...balance today is over $900. Customer service is always good as are lines with reduced juice.Comment -
