Indeed, the original title was "Heritage theft".

Apparently Heritage doesn't appreciate winners nor victims of account compromises, neither of which is the customers fault. Regardless, I was still shown the door. Cheesy rec book absolutely, thieves absolutely not.

Yes it is true. I was up 20k and got into an argument with them because they pulled a line down early..............boom, banned.
Also had to start a non-payment thread because I couldnt get them to pay all the money I was owed. They eventually paid me.

You are obviously a losing player. Try taking them for some money...they arent as kind then

I was treated unfairly as well, as a victim of an account compromise. Luckily I brought it to their attention before funds were stolen or purposely lost. Instead of giving me a new account # & password, they decided to just close my account. I was eventually paid my 7k balance, although it had taken months to receive & clear via pathetic Canadian checks. Top books offer DC payouts, Heritage will never be a top book.
And you just have so much credibility? Hard to believe you actually think people care about your take on things after the crap you been associated with. Covers is probably a better fit. Easier to fool the children.

I also did find it hard to believe that Heritage would treat a customer this way which is why I wasn't surprised by the clarification.
To LT and Alliancestiff, my apologies -- you are correct in the scenario stated above.

Most offshore books refund regardless of when your horse gets scratched. I once played a pick 4 with a single in the last leg. Lost all of the 1st 3 legs but my single in the last race scratches at the gate so I recieved a full refund. Never dealt with Heritage though.

That thread was hilarious. You got beat up so much in the thread on your "issue" that you had to have the Mods of the forum remove it.

I believe this was the thread that your "wife" had been making the wagers on the account. and then you "changed" your phone number and didn't alert Heritage. They stated they tried to contact you a few times to no avail because your info "changed".

If I remember correctly it's not that they didn't pay you, you wanted some of your cash back returned or something similar.

                It was truly comedic.

I am the OP and can now acknowledge that the scratch was made after the first leg of the daily double, so Heritage grading this wager as a loss was accurate. I did not have this information while initially making this inquiry and Heritage did not explain this to me at that point in time. They led me to believe that the horse ran when I was claiming that the horse was scratched, which is what disappointed me. If the horse had been scratched prior to the beginning of the double, a refund would have been in order but again, the horse was scratched a few minutes prior to post. My intentions were not to get a free $50 (in spite of the new subject title). I just wanted Heritage to treat me better and to give me a better explanation for the grading of the loss. They have since reached out to me and explained to me how a supervisor was already looking into this for me prior to creating this post.

Yea, thats me. Tell us more about your compromised accounts, and these scam books that kick you funds back at the expense of fellow posters. Seems your a bit sensitive as well. Should make a nice wife with all this drama you provide.

Never had an issue with Heritage, nothing but positive remarks in my experience. Also, Joss is the best first level customer service rep there.
