They only vouchers I have used were Ukash vouchers. I would select the value that I wanted and then I would get a code that I would enter into whatever sportsbook I was using at that time.

go to the Ukash website and convert your voucher to a code that can be entered into one of their ATM type machines or create a voucher that can be taken to a shop and swapped for cash.

Wish it was that easy but this is not available in Toronto. And Pinnacle won't cancel the ukash. I am stuck with a garbage ukash voucher. I thought it works like West unionized. Only option is to deposit it back. But then stuck with the 5 times rollover again. Gotta find another way. Pinnacle is garbage. they won't cancel it and send it to another book either.
