i dont understand what you complain? most bookmakers need hours or grade coupons overnite, and betfair sometimes need less then a minute, in avarage maybe 10-20 mins. If you have bet your whole bank on 1.01 odds and wait to pound it on another 1.01 odds then i can understand you.

yeah i agree with this guy, inplay stuff should be failry quick but even then 10-15 mintues shouldnt be an issue, but numerious books over night dont have night staff on to settle stuff up, and even when the staff is there in the day it can take awhile my friend....can understand your frustration but this is the norm

The place is so big now hard to have good customer service

Betfair has issues. Almost every weekend when the PL is going the site goes down on those markets. If you want to trade or expecting to take in-play prices dont hold your breath.

Some markets take longer than others to grade.

So what if some games take a while to grade your not going to get screwed

they remove horses from usa markets, i dont know how they set it or re-set the market. Last week i saw specially on Tampa Bay Downs, there a filed of 14 horses, with 6 scratches leaving 8, but betfair has only 5 horses for that market, from 9 races on that card, 7 has the issue. Reported them and never answered.
