Note: This is a Payout AND Customer complaint
I contacted customer service regarding a check I received a month ago from a Canadian bank. The 3 previous payouts were successfully deposited and they were sent from Singapore. When I received the check and tried to deposit it, it was read as "not a recognized check" and came back out. This was attempted 5 times, all separate occasions.
Customer service told me to wait for the payout department to get back to me. I waited for nearly a month after getting the run around to "contact us back" on this certain date or on business hours. I have waited patiently and still no answer to resolve the issue.
Recently, I received another check from the same Canadian bank that was AGAIN rejected. So now I have a total of 2 bad checks that I cannot deposit and when I tried to call, they hung up the phone on me twice.
As I am typing this right now, I have a chat agent named "Ernie McFadden" that REFUSES to type ANYTHING after I inquired about this issue. I have the chat window still open and it's been nearly 30 minutes and he hasn't typed a word.
This is by far the worst sports book experience I have had. The only reason I went with them is because my *********** was accepted and I decided to play with them. I originally was with 5dimes and they were solid all around.
