Same problem like other members.. Marathon bet send me an email after I requested some withdrawal that they need my documents .. i sent the documents within an hour .. I waited patiently for a week ,as i have read in many forums they usually take 1 week to reply ...
then I asked the live support(chat) .... but they said they can't help and can't give any time frame of email reply ...on requesting him.. he said the maximum he can do is to tell the id department that you have contacted live chat
but now its 13 days and they have not even replayed to my email... not even notified me that they have received my documents ..i sent an email to support but still no reply ...
I am bit worried i am having 780 pounds in my account.. and i can't withdrawal...
I am looking for help by SBR forum... I read that thr. is a complaint form on SBR.. Should I file a complaint or wait for few days ...my patience is coming to an end ...
