#2Yes, of course it has.
If you break the rules you agree to when signing up you have no grounds for complaint.
Don't you expect them to play fair and abide by their rules when dealing with you?
It works both ways.Last edited by Hareeba!; 01-06-14, 03:56 AM.Comment -

#3I never had multiple accounts, but read that is very possible. If they suspect, no doubt that they will take your money, every bookie have this explained in their terms and conditionsComment -

#4The thing is, I opened an account at a sportsbook, but later I forgot my password or some other reason, so I opened another account there, I didn't know multiple accounts are not allowed, and the thing is nothing stopped me from openning a second account, there was nothing like "you can't open another account with similar profile or personal information). And I have been using this second account ever since. A few days ago I just tried to open another account with the same information only with different user name and again I was successful, nothing stopped me at all, I was shocked. I mean if a bookie doesn't want its players to have multiple accounts it has to take measure at registration to prevent it. You can't just do nothing about it when the players themselves don't know the consequence and then deny withdrawl or something later on and only then inform the players of their rules, it's just not fair.Comment -

#5Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.
When you sign up you are required to agree to all their rules.
If you don't bother to read them then that's your fault.
Quite simple really.Comment -

#8not sure if it's possible to write down any easier. you get your original money back you deposited. no winnings. you deposit 50, then run it up to 1000, you get back 50.Comment -

#9I guess you got the 1st deposit bonus each time you created new account. If so, no wonder they're denying your withdrawals.Comment -

#10Got it. But what about the original account (the 1st one before the new account), do they pay me the winnings or not?Comment -

#12JoJo I hope your not up to funny business here, you will lose everything. Books deal with scammers all the time and there is a zero tolerance. An innocent mistake could cost you dearly.Comment -

#13You should contact the support team and explain them this situation. Just ask them to close all your previous accounts. You shouldn't have any problems with payouts then.Comment -

#18It all depends, certain books have it written in their rules and conditions, if it is in their rules then yes they can confiscate winnings and close accounts. Also if you are found to be violating wager limits in the same way. If for example they take a max of 500 on props and u smack em from 3 accounts then you are purposefully trying to override limits. Be careful with this as you will find problems at certain places for sure. Generally this rule will apply to having multiple accounts actively betting at the same time.

#21Thanks for the input. I just read their rules and conditions, it says that when a player is found having multiple accounts they will be treated as one single account. That's all it says. It doesn't say about confiscating winnings, does that mean as long as I bet using one account (which I have), I will be allright with withdrawals?Comment -

#23Basically I forgot my password or something, it was a long time ago and I now can't even recall exactly why, and I have not even logged in my first account since and have been betting and withdrawing from my current account only. The third one, just a few days ago I was trying to see how far I can go in creating a new account and see what restrictions and rules there are to stop me from doing it but there was nothing so I was able to create a third one which I didn't want.Comment -
