I tried a few different browsers I never use and the SPIN button doesn't work. I have well more than $200 in my account. The CSR person is not very smart, and he will give me $25 free...oh thanks the minimal.
I'll try another computer, but I've used 4 different browsers and while the link works, the SPIN button is not clickable.
Edit: So I tried another computer, deleted cookies, even though I never use that PC for wagering and I tried to different browsers and it still didn't work.
Last thing, if I have Free Plays already, is that why I can't get this "Free Spin"?Comment -

Never had a problem getting paid from these guys. Promos have some fine print, but usually nothing unreasonable. Correct customer service can be a bit rude at times and they don't stop calling if you have a zero balance. Keep a bit of $$ in your account and I have found it stops the calls.Comment -
