Hrwager rollover scam- deposit only sports book
In September I deposited $400 via **. Deposit bonus was $600 free play. Originally was told rollover would be 10,900 before I would be eligible for withdrawl. I increased my balance to $4,500. Early December I spoke to customer service and was told I had met my rollover and would be eligible for $900 per week. Two days later I was contacted by George and told my rollover was calculated in correctly and it would now be $20,900. I found this quite funny since I had been told several times it was $10,900. Obviously I was very unhappy. The following day I logged into my account and found all my winnings had been stolen and scored as casino losses. Be careful with this book. They ripped me off for 4k +. Needless to say I won't be playing with them again. I normally play in Vegas or on 5 dimes. Beware of hrwager deposit only book. Watch them go down the bet islands road next!

So you got 150% freeplay..... What was the rollover you were given though? 12x? 15x? etc

it all depends on the terms of the bonus. You may very well be right, but the rep may have given you bad info at first. We need more details, but I bet george will help you resolve this. They currently have no outstanding complaints.

deposit amount and needed rollover does not make sense for either figure
          400 cash
          600 fp

hrwager calculates rollover on dep + bonus

          so 1k x ?

          be tough to = 10.9 or 20.9k

                could be

but #,s still dont add up

400 deposit is like 9 bucks or 8 bucks

                1009 x ? = 10900 or 20900

Highly doubtful they miscalculated by $10,000.

You'd think it would be off by a multiple of the originally promised $10,900, if he said $21,800 I might be more likely to believe it.

                      maybe multiple deposits?

did you ever reload your account before zeroing out during the season?

                        lets be honest

you played the casino yourself most likely

we have seen the ole casino card pulled many many times in the past.

about 99.9 % of the time the player just went crzay and loses it all in casino.

it happens and it sucks but its not the books fault.

                            he just posted

"The guy made multiple deposits without busting out (he would reload having a 500 + balance) .

He figured we woud only count the ro for the last deposit and he would keep all the previous fp money he turned into cash.

I have the chat log where he asked for a casino rebate after he lost most of his money at the casino."

lets be honest the sight is a scam and nobody should be using it. awful customer service giving several different rollover stories. not to mention voiding out all winnings when they finally get called on it. pathetic and then they steal people's money. scam book deposit only Especially after being approved for a payout then going back on their word and changing the rollover story yet again.

I expect a site to pay when you actually win. I can take losses. But when you win and the rollover amount is inflated to some ridiculous amount after your payout is already approved. You deposit $400 and take it up t $4,500 after betting $12,000. Then they tell you we cannot process a withdrawl. Pathetic that is stealing. Not like I played for a month and asked for money. This is over a period over 6 months. Needless to say be careful with them. do not fall victim to this scam. I will not again

I respect your opinion, but can you assure the other JJ shifts agree with this statement in a few weeks?

Nah, actually I don't respect your opinion because multiple people post as you. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand says so you often contradict yourself. Why is that?

Problem with hrwager is every time you contact customer service you get a different story. At the end of the day l learned my lesson with them. As soon as you request to get paid reality sets in and you realize it's never going to happen. Been with 5 dimes, bodog/bovada. Never been strait up lied to like they did at hrwager. I don't use this board often and don't have any other accounts.

This is all bullshit....for the last year or so I have only played at heritage and 5dimes so I am not on any side, but this guy is wrong.

I am not saying he intentionally is lying, but based on his understanding of the English language he is either foreign, or just isn't smart. He obviously took bonuses while he had a balance, and didn't understand the rules. I am not on any books side, in fact I am biased to the player if anything..... but a brand new poster is now angry out of nowhere after positive PR for a bit.....come on

give it up dude nobody cares about you making bs observations and making excuses for customer service lying. the bottom line is hr wager is running scams and lying. their customer service is a bunch of 3 dollar per hour morons. no big suprise though. these sites are hurting bad enough they will screw anyone just to make a few bucks. only a matter of time before they pull the plug again.
