In the last month I've had over $30,000 in volume, and they give me a $25 FP. My god what an absolute joke that is.

I got a $25 freeplay

I made about 8 deposits this year and had several hundred thousand in volume.

Yeah my total volume at DSI this year is probably around 100,000, simply because I wager more often at Pinny.

A $25 FP is fairly pointless for me personally. I guess I'll just throw it in a 10 teamer and hope to make them pay.

I asked live chat about it. Angie said everyone got $25. I went to chat because my history said 250 but I only got 25.

Angie: In the account it says $250 but the promotion is for $25, you just have to complete the rollover for the $25...

Angie: You do not have to worry about it, but also remember that you have to complete the rollover for the previous bonus you received...

me: ok, also do you know how the amount of the freeplay was decided? Did everyone get $25

Angie: It is the same promotion for everybody...

That's funny yisman, same thing here. I thought they made a mistake because as soon as I saw a FP I went to history, and it said $250 with 3x rollover, but the balance said $25.

I understand they don't have to give us anything and it's a nice gesture, but to say you value someone who's volume is a thousand or two the same as someone who has hundreds of thousands makes no sense. If you're going to do it, do it right and give higher amounts to people who give higher volume.

Well, the only other logical reason why I would get a smaller FP was because I'm up on them this year, other than that it just doesn't make sense.

Unless you've gotten your betpoints revoked Rangers you should have a solid amount of cashback available to you.

Betpoints were revoked. I'm pretty sure they caught me manipulating the BetPoints system by finding arbs between Pinny and DSI, whether it was a cent or 10, just to compile BetPoints in the process. I was able to obtain quite a few before they cut me off.

I lost two $300 deposits this year, asked for the freeplay in live help and was told it's for inactive accounts, I said a lot of people on SBR reported getting one, he said you're not on the list. I also lost my deposits within an hour after depositing and never have had a withdrawl.

No specific limit for this freeplay. There is a general limit of $5000 winnings from a freeplay, but that would be hard to get to anyway, considering you can't use MLs.

I don't know your history their but I don't like being excluded from little promo's. I hate to admit but I typically lose and this little $25 freeplay cost them my business as 5dimes and youwager are my main books . 5 dimes I play because they are on a decent poker network, I think the same one betdsi has.(shark tank at 5 dimes)

Play there everyday and got nothing.Not going to waste time trying to find out why but it's strange they don't reward active players.Been with them at least 4 years.

I closed my DSI account last week after being active there for several years. A certain payout method I used there was second to none however I lost a piece of plastic which meant I had to replace it. Contacted them and they said not a problem, side have to pay $50. They said will be here 3-5 business days. 3 weeks go by and nothing. Called them and they finally got it here. Once here and activated it was mistakenly closed 2 days later by the bank. I tried for 1 week to get this taken care of and each day told it was an error and would be fixed shortly. But nothing. The last time I talked to them I was told to fill the penetrating forms out again and pay another $50. Lol! Seriously?!? Basically I gave up. I enjoyed my time there but had to give up the unwinnable battle.

DSI's basic CS has been slipping.

Ask to talk to someone in management and they've always taken care of things for me, granted it isn't always the quickest.

Update**- DSI relations messaged me in regards to my issue and resolved my problem in minutes versus what I was unable to accomplish with the other 9 CS agents. I'm impressed!
