5dimes Reduced Juice

So I've always used reduced juice, but lately noticed my max bets could not be over $50. I have a friend who also uses the book and he is able to make over $50 in wagers with reduced juice with no problems.

I went on to live chat to inquire as to why I was being limited. All they told me was that it was due to a manager note. I tried talking them into raising my limits to no avail... I log on today and all my reduced wagering options are gone altogether! I wasn't rude in the chat, and I thanked the guy for trying, so I'm as to why they would do this?

Does anybody have any suggestions, or has this happened to anybody else?

they do what they want-it is their business(tony's)-all you can do is what you already did-try to talk to someone into upping your limits. risky complaining to tony. but you can give that a try. happen to me at other shops over the years and only had 1 place up my limits again after lowering them------hollywoodsportsbook and because of that i never stopped playing there. still have lower limits then i would like but they have been fair about it and was willing to listen to me and up my limits some. good luck with this.

Thanks man. Yeah I was just really shocked.. I feel like if I wouldn't have said anything I still would have been able to place the $50 bets and be fine. I never thought that just inquiring about it would actually warrant taking the option away altogether.

Update: I had a note when I logged on my account to speak to Tony on livechat. He took care of everything with no issues whatsoever.

Your limits were reduced by 90 percent probably because you were winning and due to your phone call to Tony he took away your reduced option altogether.

5 Dimes does NOT tolerate winning players and reducing your betting limits to peanuts is Tonys way of showing you the door.

Don't feel bad as he's done the same thing to 1000's of other players ( myself included).

5 dimes is a book for recreational ( losing) players only.

Did Tony give you your full limits back or just reinstated your reduced betting limits to $50?
