    Pinnacle bending over Canucks!
Trying to get my money out of sportsbooks via MoBook before the deadline and haven't made a Pinny withdrawal in a while. Log in to get my free withdraw and get declined with this email! Get a load of this crap. Pinny sunk down to many others level and jamming up Canucks figuring we won't be back. Pathetic.

    Dear Client,

We noticed that you made a deposit on 15th November, 2013 in the amounts of (1,000.00) that were not necessary to make your wagers since. Note that you made these deposits when your balance was also already (2,907.33). According to the subsequent wagers made, the previous balance was already sufficient to accommodate these wagers.

Note we are happy to pay fees associated with deposits for our clients. However, we do not expect that clients will deposit funds which are not used to place wagers and then request a withdrawal for their balance.

Please refer to our General rule 30 where we state that any deposit made to an account which is not rolled (bet) one time will incur both the withdrawal fee (15) and a 5% processing fee (the deposit amount) x 5% = 50.

Note, if all your wagers are continuously made within the amount of the previous balance, then the deposit amounts will keep getting carried along with any winnings as it was never required to begin with.

At this time, according to your current balance (7,424.33), the following options are available to you:

A- Withdraw your current winning amount of (6,424.33) without fees, and leave the unused deposit amount (1,000.00) to wager further.
B- Withdraw current balance in full (7,424.33) and pay the withdrawal fee (15) and the 5% processing fee (50).
C- Your next wager(s) should be made is such a way that it includes both the winning amount plus the additional deposit amounts (6,424.331+ 1,000.00= 7,424.33) before winnings. This would allow a full balance withdrawal without the processing fees.

Please keep in mind for future reference, if your balance can already support any additional wagers, then is it not necessary to keep adding deposits which will not be used, as they will incur fees

    Kind regards,

Happened to me a year ago. They are right they have it in their rules that you can't depo on top of depo's unless you basically put entire balance at risk. So thats what I did I doubled up my balance and was paid in full without a problem. I would take everything over the 1000 and play that dime out, this was an option I was not given I had to risk it all. Pinnacle is not going anywhere and as Canadians we can payout via wire or ***************.

lololol Maybe this is what they mean when they tell you to "clear your cache"! Pinny be praised!

No doubt this is unPinnylike and lowlife for sure. Only consolation for you hermano is it appears you bent them over first. Shameful on Pinny's part for sure. Sorry to see/hear what is happening to you guys up there. Of course, you know that is why I had to travel south. Visit me? I remember you are fluent Spanish/French/English? right? perfect wingman!! lol

How come you deposited more into the account? Were you just covering your bases incase you lost your original balance or a portion of your original balance and you went on a $4000 winning streak? Nice to see you're having success. Keep it up
