We're not talking about a lot ... there are a few different charges on there ... $13, $32, $16 to be exact ... but who knows how much else will be charged.

The point is that BetPhoenix has been completely unhelpful. Their staff is rude as hell. You'd think they'd want to work with one of their customers whose CC was compromised by THEIR shitty third-party processor.

STAY AWAY FROM BET PHOENIX. Shady, shady company.

Horse shit, just don't use a cc if you want to avoid these problems, Ive always done p2p and have never had any problems with Mania/ phoenix or skybook

phoenix is a shady book, but obviously they wouldnt give you their processor details although they shouldnt be rude about it

tell your bank to cancel those charges if they can

It's a shit book. They don't even put their moneyline odds up for the NFL until Sunday morning right before kickoff. And any company who refuses to help and is rude about it when you explain that your card has been compromised by the processor they used is shady.

I am explaining my situation with Bet Phoenix and in my opinion THEY ARE SHADY for the rude way they've treated me and for not even attempting to contact their third party processor for the issues on my CC. So yes, in effect, they have stiffed me.

I also think their betting platform sucks, not to mention their lack of odds and props. They're a third rate book at very best.

I made two opening deposits and somehow you translate this into 'you keep depositing.' I'd say your baseless leap in logic clearly exposes the 'retard' of the discussion. (Great word, by the way. Are you 12?)

Let's try this again. I made two deposits, gave the book a try. Their third party processor over charged me, and I came here ("Sportsbooks and the Industry") to post my experience and to see if anyone had a similar problem. I also gave my opinion on the book itself, specifically citing the lack of early moneylines and futures.

You obviously can't comprehend this because you keep telling me to stop playing there and to stop making deposits, which any reasonably intelligent person would have deciphered by now that I've already done. So at this point I'm not really sure what to say. Hopefully one day you'll turn it around.

I have a feeling you dialed some sex number and got charged by shanghai whatever it is and u just want to blame the book cause you lost.. customer service there has always been helpful/friendly /done the right thing by me..

Two Sundays ago I made a deposit to place a $50 parlay (lost) and then another $50 on the Sunday night game which I won. Money lines for NFL do not post until the morning of the games? Big deal. They still post them right?
Do they post NFL Futures or College Hoops at all? I.E. odds to win CBB championship? Maybe they will post NFL futures after regular season for the playoffs and they post futures BEFORE season starts. Not all places have ongoing futures.

There will always be scumbags that try to steal from your CC, you can't be serious trying to run down a book like Pheonix because your card got hacked, save complaints for no pay and slow pay books, or books that are out of money, Pheonix pays when you win

Thank you for posting this!!!! A guy I play poker with owns a company called "Acrylic Depot" in Toronto, Canada. NOTHING TO DO with that place in Shanghai. He tells me people he got calls from the states about fraud charges and we were talking the other day about how crazy and cruel this world can be.The joke is they don't sell to the U.S. I'm going to show him this thread maybe now he can redirect those calls to a possibility. You are not alone buddy. He says about 5 people called him in the past year.
