Withdrawal by neteller in thegreek

Hi, i want to make a withdrawal in the greek by neteller, but they don´t send me the money directly, they sent me a mail telling me i have to request for my money since my neteller account , but i don´t know where is that option in neteller site. I´m looking for but i don´t find. Does anybody Know the process?. I paste the mail. thank you for your help.

Ask Neteller, check site and look at withdrawal options, I did not think books did that antiquated method anymore.
