Is it possible to complain about something to this bet site mermaidbet.dk
I joined 2 days ago there and yesterday i placed over under bets on a NHL game Washington Capitals- Montreal Canadies, and the thing is that i placed a bet UNDER 4,5
the game ended 2-2 in regular and 3-2 in overtime.
The thing is that on live betting it doesn't indicate that over under includes overtime. It only says it in the rules where they told me today on chat. Which i think is very misleading, because I totally didn't know that and since it didn't indicate that overtime is included when i was betting I simply assumed that it is only regular time.
What I want to ask is, if there is any chance to complain about that through SBR and if there is even any reason doing that ? Meaning if i will get my money back. Not even talking about the winnings...
All in all i placed 435 euro in this game. it's a lot of money that i lost, and i was sure i won the bet since the game ended 2-2 in regular time.
