5dimes/heritage poker on the same network?

Just downloaded the new 5dimes "open water" poker network to see it's the exact same as heritage, same tables and all. Anyone else surprised to see this?

Its the new Equity Poker Network.

the network is a joke.. no tourneys over 5 dollars? Not worth the time at all.
