Matchbook API bad for 3 days running

Worst part is no answer to emails concerning the problem and "no one to chat available". Any body else experiencing the problems? Normally these guys respond to emails fast. strange...

It's not the first time I hear about problems with their customer service. Maybe they are too busy taking care of the 7 digits customers?

Anyway, their lines are still top-notch
