I asked them to deactivate my account for security reasons for some days !!

they told my they closed my account and I should contact them to re-active it

I contacted them to re-open it after 3 days but they refused to open my account

the agents keep saying to me " read to rule 21 o 20 " can not remember !!!

the strange point that I deposited many times here and withdrew so many times too

is this technical issue ? they are crazy or what ??

whatever , If I created new account will they close it and steal my funds or what ?

not gonna happen . its a shame because what happened really did happen in my case and perhaps yours but we are considered a future risk for them (even though all my info except my name and birthday has changed since then) . use another book. they cited general rule 20 to me too. case closed.

3- I changed the password firstly but after that the new password did not work , so I click " forgot password " and got new password , then changed it , at the end it changed alone by the hacker .. I knew at the end of this case that the network owner is using files to hack all info or all computers that on his line

Pinnacle don't because they are a different type of operation and rely mostly on big players with 5,6 or 7 digits. That's why they don't waste time with accounts with 3 digits that have related incidents of hacking, stolen identity and stuff like that. Hackers rarely bother to hack sports book accounts because you can't withdraw the money without being caught, and that is IF you can withdraw. So anytime someone reports such an incident it raises a flag or at least the issue that it might happen again, so maybe they just prefer not to expose themselves to such incidents.

Hackers don't hack sportsbook accounts because it's almost impossible to withdraw the money without being caught. Most of the times when this happens it is flagged as a potential fraud attempt by the owner of the account who is trying to convince people that his account has been compromised just so he could fool sportsbooks to give him back stolen or lost money.

Do you understand now that this is a serious issue? I am not trying to be a wise guy, I am just trying to open your eyes in case you are not seeing the big picture.

But regarding the money I believe you won't lose your funds at pinny, they will refund you anything you had with them.
