Pinnacle 3 way money lines on hockey

Was wondering why they offer 3 way money line only for European Hockey

is it because the 3 way is only popular in Europe?

In US sports there's no such thing as a draw.

Pinnacle do offer regulation time markets on NHL but it seems there isn't any demand for the draw option on those?

Actually, just realized they offer the regulation time draw but through the prop of going to OT.

Did not see the prop before because I was using the asian view. Wouldn't it make sense to put it up in the regulation time lines too?
