I don't remember if they ever asked me to provide anything (I am using Skrill for deposits/payouts) ... I think they will ask for documents only if the payout amount is bigger than 3000 Euro (everytime I am submitting a payout request a screen pops out saying something like that)

Iam using Neteller Verified , the issue that I do not have ID Card or Utility bill in English , I have them in Arabic .. maybe they do not accept arabic doc , that is why I asked
