Eh, I see. The problem with the Casino part is that BetOnline.ag works with third party on the casino side, as well do many other books. I know books are hesitant about that. My advice is, not to play the Casino again because they will turn the run "good" to run "bad" and before you know it you are getting 20, 19 every hand and your doubles on 11, 10, will be 12-16 and dealer will always win. I would be careful. Kind of sketchy of BetOnline to make you wait. I know ways to get the money off though.

The promotion was a 40 dollar free play so after I lost that I thought I was in the clear so I deposited my own money and took it to like 1500 went to cash out and I was told I had to meet a rollover requirement and wouldn't be eligible for 30 days to do a cash out. I'm very good with self control I have since covered the rollover requirement and waiting for the 30 days. The part that sucks is when I took the free play the guy in customer service made it sound like if I was to win on the free play I would have to wait 30 days I never thought once I put my own money in there I would still have to wait kinda crazy but guess it worked out.

I mean, if you have to wait 30 days for 24,000$ no biggie. Talk about it then! I have never had problems though.

Yea it is their policy if you take a promo the money has it be in the account for at least 30 days, however, if you DON'T take a promo then you can withdraw after you complete the 1x.

I found the same thing. It was pulling teeth a year ago but was within their stated timelines a month or so ago.

Hello, I had this problem before when I won a lot of money at betonline.com...
I won my stuff using sports betting though so i dont know if it makes a difference.
i took out fifteen using the wire, and then the rest of it p2p... the wire took about 3 weeks.
but to answer ur question, yes they will pay u. just be patient though

I ran into the same thing with taking a bonus last month. I completed all of my rollover, wich was never properly reset from my last deposit, turned in all my documents and then was told I had to wait 30 days from the day I received the bonus. You will get paid but the customer service is laughable. It is very hard to get a straight answer about anything. I was told from different reps it was 30 business days, then I was told it was 30 days from when I used the free play. Politely stick to your guns it is 30 days not business days from when you receive the bonus. They need to define "days" in the terms and conditions on bonuses. I have received 3 small p2p payouts over the last two weeks. The last two were no hassle and very fast, but expensive. I should add the p2p payouts were smaller because of the state I live in not anything to do with Betonline. Hope this helps

Is it normal for betonline.ag to ask for copy of CC and license when trying to withdrawal? To me this seems too easy for identity theft, and I guess it just doesn't seem necessary. Someone help a newbie out!

I joined the book this past summer. I have withdrawn with them via P2P and they are very good at paying out. Very impressed with the quick turnaround. I'm going to be requesting my first wire next week as I went on a nice run and won 9k myself. I think it will go as smooth as the P2P transactions.

I have had several wires post and pretty quick too. Usually I stick to 5K and under on wires, and do 2 express checks at $2500 a week, and a ** for $800 and ** for $500. Seems that everywhere I go for ** they never have a lot of cash so I keep it to $500. ** u can just go to Walmart.
