10bet denied the right to place live betting

10bet denied the right to place live betting. I ask him on the live chat why did block my right to place live betting and it says me that was a traders decision... suddenly just like that.
There is someone in my situation? What can I do in this case??

they cheated me of $91,39 and did not want to pay , closed my account !!

asked for documents then I sent mine , they refused my Arabic ones !!!

asked them to send back my deposit amount at least , but no-way !
