Personally i dont think it will be a real problem. Just get your friend to stick up for you and say he wanted you to send the money in his name.

i thin if you were receiving money in his name then it would be a different story.

ive NEVER been asked for ID when depositing $ via p2p unless over 1k, anything under never in 15 yrs of using these methods

I would raise hell with W.U. And raise hell with the business it was at. The clerk is just breaking your balls. They aren't going to report shit. Where is this , Mayberry? Don't worry Andy and Barney won't be over on Monday. But I would be pissed and W.U. Would know about it.
