    Pinnacle Opinion
    I had old account with Pinny and played at it , withdrew

    but It was hacked and I contacted them to withdraw my money and close the account

    It is not activated by documents

    If I created new account ( my old one is closed ) , will I get banned ?

    I will use the same Neteller ID

    If you've done nothing wrong, just contact Pinnacle, explain your story and ask them.

    That way you'll get the correct answer. Here you've got little chance anybody will know.

      I contacted them and asked them to create new account for me , they did told me only 1 account per person

      i told them it is closed and not verified by documents so why ?

      They did not accept

      so I changed all my personal data before the old account get closed

      but the issue that I will use the same Neteller , And Iam worried

          im having same problems right now and they have banned me. luckily i dont have funds there.
          an account was made by a thief in my name in 2009 . i found out about this only a couple months ago when i went to open a new account at pinnacle. i asked them to close this account and sent them all documents. they closed the account and then i asked if i can open a new one and they said yes. i opened a new one two months ago and yesterday i found out they suspended it saying i have multiple accounts. i showed them emails from their own reps telling me it was okay to go ahead and use a new account.

          DONT OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT . they will ban you even if they say it is ok .

              but ur case is different because your account verified by documents , you want to join using same e-mail address

                  pinnacle has been a real disappointment for me in the last couple of days. i thought this was an A+ book. but the way they are responding to me and refusing to look at any of the proof i send them is disappointing. telling me one thing and then saying 2 months later it doesnt matter what we said anymore. i hope they overturn their decision on your account and mine. you were hacked, i was a victim of identity theft. and we have our accounts closed and are banned ! wtf is that ?

                    no i opened an account with a different email address. they wanted documents to close the account made by a thief who stole my personal info. then they suspended the new account i made after telling me it was okay to open another one and fund it.

                      I do not know why I have problem , I contacted them and told them to close my account till I fix my security problems

                          no if you open a new account they will ok it and then suspend it a few weeks later and ban you. dont open a new account. the thief used my personal info to open an account at pinnacle in my name . the documents i sent them were sent by ME , my passport, license, utility bill. the thief opened an account in 2009 apparently. i have changed all my information since then.

                            wtf !!! Closing my account on my request , then asking to re-open it is unaccepted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Iam afraid to join and deposit using the same Neteller ID then see my account is suspended !!!

                              so he did not use your scanned copy of documents ?

                              If he did not , create new account with fake info and deposit using MoneyBookers or Neteller , and you will play easily and withdraw !!!

                                  heh, nah im not going to do that. that is wrong. and anyway your moneybookers/neteller info has to match the info on your pinnacle account before you can withdraw. so it wouldnt work
