Same issues for me

1. Withdrawal 300€ requested on 16 November.
2. Withdrawal 560€ requested on 28 November.

Always same bot reply from the support but
i am still waiting my funds .

Moreover my account balance only shows 560€ ,where are the 300€ missing ?

Over the past two months, as you are well aware, Canbet Sports Bookmakers UK Ltd has experienced immense difficulties in making payments to our customers. As our customer service department has reported, this has been the result of an IT error that had been triggered through bonus bets and free deposit match up bonuses.

Like many companies within the online industry, some components of the IT software are controlled by a third party and integrated into the main IT platform. At Canbet this has been the case with our financial software program for many years. This third party IT program accepts deposits and issues withdrawals; it calculates all financial transactions including bonuses. Recently it was discovered that this system was not recognising all the rules associated with deposit match up bonuses, thus many customers were unduly qualifying for their bonuses. This resulted in management having to undergo a complete overhaul of the third party IT system, including a financial forensic audit, whereby we had to first identify the issues, find out how far back the issue went, identify every customer and each of their bets and then assess if the customer qualified for their bonus or not. Unfortunately, all of this has taken time to complete.

Whilst we appreciate that this delay in payment processing has caused unnecessary angst amongst our customers, we were left with no alternative other than to resolve this problem and ensure that everyone who has made a withdrawal request was eligible to withdraw their money and paid the correct amount. During this period, once our customer service and finance department were satisfied that the customer was eligible or not to withdraw their funds, they have either been paid or notified as to why they were not eligible due to not satisfying the bonus requirements.

Over the next week, our customer clearance procedures will once again be automated which will result in customers being paid in an expedient manner, thus clearing the backlog of withdrawal requests. Going forward, we will be upgrading our whole financial platform to ensure that we don't have a repeat of this in the future.

I would like to thank both the UK Gambling Commission and IBAS for their support and assistance during this period and look forward to our customers once again enjoying the benefits of one of the world's oldest online sports books.

Both IBAS and G.C have told me to stop emailing them as CB continue to pay customers out.I'm outraged that CB can get away with this,they've made a fortune with all our monies in their bank accounts and likewise we've lost out on it all. Toss ers all round IMO

I was in the same boat.

They gave me a $750 bonus months ago and then almost immediately limited me to $15 bets, with $7200 rollover remaining.

I then stopped betting. Saw no point.

Waited for the bonus to expire and then requested the bonus be removed (I don't count it as earned money until the rollover is $0)

They refused to remove the bonus. They say the rollover must be completed.

The expired bonus is still pending in my account as of right now.

I also asked for bonus removal, but they refused, because I already used bonus money, so I rollover full amount which was requested. They offer 60 days for fulfill bonus requirements if i remember good. Only problem which I have is that I didn't receive any withdrawal

I didn't want to run up a balance because I expected they would remove the expired bonus and winnings at the last minute. Since they weren't paying anyone anyway I just did some $5 bets. lol

I filed a complaint with UK Gambling Commission.

Anyway, Canbet finally removed my expired $750 bonus today, along with the small amount of 'bonus winnings' I had made.

It's funny though, you can't actually 'use' the bonus until you deplete your real money first, it sits in a separate bonus balance, so they are lying when they say I used the bonus money and won with it.

I deposited £500 for a £500 bonus. Had a couple of winning bets and was instantly limited to about £7-12 bet limits on all markets. I asked them to void the bonus and let me withdraw but they wouldnt. I did the full wagering reqirement short of a couple of hundred which I was going to do until I found the site had ceased taking bets. I could understand them taking the £500 back but to take virtually all of it is downright theft. As already mentioned the bonus amount isnt touched when making bets so surely the best were made with my money?

Just checked the terms of the bonus and there is no terms about voideing the bonus and any winnings from it anyway..

Obviously they are prepared to do all to avoid paying us. Any explanation why you limited? I also had more winning bets, but not limited.

I am also in a similar situation, they have reverted my balance from £3,500ish to £700 (amount before bonus applied) not once did the bonus balance fall a penny from £500 so it was unused.

It then remained on my account past the 60 days required to meet rollover requirements but they have voided all bets in the previous 90 days, stating in their email that 90 is the requirement, when their terms clearly state 60! This is an outrage and I will be doing all I can do get it back and into my bank!

I am happy to take this as far as we can, Betting Commission, courts and newspapers whatever it takes.

The Gambling Commission has been aware of a major software problem with Canbet Sports Bookmakers UK Ltd (Canbet) affecting the application of bonus payments to customers accounts since early October 2013 when customers contacted the Commission with regard to the non or late payment of winnings from their Canbet Accounts. Since that time the Commission has been in regular and continuing contact with the management of Canbet to ascertain the extent and likely duration of the problem.

Canbet suspended its operating activity with regard to taking bets and new deposits from 31 December 2013. At that time the Commission explained some of the steps it was taking and that it would be receiving a progress report by 6 January. Since that date we have received a number of further enquiries and can confirm we are continuing to actively engage with Canbet over their efforts to resolve these issues. Any update to the position will be posted on our website.
In the meantime, we advise you to continue to engage with Canbet over your individual withdrawal and be mindful of the advice offered by the Commission in relation to complaints, in particular the following excerpt from our FAQ. Licence holders have legal obligations to their customers, and gambling contracts became legally enforceable under the Gambling Act 2005.
Whilst the Commission licenses operators, we should point out that we do not guarantee funds deposited by consumers or prizes due but we do require licensed operators to make it clear to their customers whether, and if so how, their money is protected in the event of insolvency. I have just joined the forum today,canbet have owed me £2000 since the beginning of October they have spun me every tale going,if it is the same Michael who is on customer support he told me 6 weeks ago that I would be paid within a week but what a suprise nothing! I must have emailed them 50 times, I wonder if they have put me to the back of the queue for being a pain? they must owe a lot of people because more and more are finding their voices about this shambles of a company, IBAS and the gambling commission seem either useless or powerless to sort this mess out, nobody has heard anything about this 6th Jan report if it exists, hope everyone finally gets there money, will post if I hear anything martin

Someone posted today on another forum that Canbet asked them not to go to Court to suspend their accounts. They said they will be paid by the 27th January and used the software issues, bonus malfunction as the reason. They also said the money is there to pay us.

I received a very similar email from the commission last week. Mine gave a bit more detail about insolvency:

In the case of Canbet Sports Bookmakers UK Limited, details of the terms and conditions are available on their website at http://www.canbet.com/help/sportsboo...ral_terms.aspx. under point 1.8.1.

The relevant statement on Canbet's website: "...As such, we do not provide particular protection for the monies deposited in Your Account in the event of our insolvency."

These emails seem to be hinting at Canbet's insolvency. Also SBR has blacklisted Canbet and said they are showing signs of insolvency.

I'm not sure what good legal action will do us if Canbet is actually insolvent.
