gr88 payout problems

I made a £200 deposit and got £100 bonus. I placed a couple of bets before sportsbook crashed. After talking to live chat I decided to cancel the bonus and play with my own money winning £500.
I tried to withdraw but 4 days later get an email saying I can only withdraw initial deposit or play on as I have not met bonus requirements. I decided to play on and now met requirements. I have requested another withdrawal of £515.
I didn't find the bad reviews until I started having problems. There are no issues posted after July this year. Any ideas how I can get them to payout?
Anybody managed to get any successful payouts?

Just an update, received an email late last night saying my withdrawal had been processed. As I used DC I'll still have to wait a few days to find out if I actually get the funds. I've also been informed that my account will be credited with the bonus amount as I have had to complete the bonus terms. Yet still to see this.
Would still like to know if anyone else has had any dealings with gr88.com recently?

I've never heard of them but save your emails because they will come back and say you haven't completed the rollover for the bonus they credited after the fact.

Thanks, I've already done the bonus rollover twice over! Plus I do have all the emails. Will keep them until the funds are in my account! Still don't have the bonus funds. Not really bothered about that as long as I get my withdrawal

goodluck as long as you did not use the bonus. if you use and you won... then you will have only the deposit i guess.

Just an update incase anyone is in a similar position. Got paid into my bank today. Took a long time but got every penny. They even put some bonus funds back into my betting account!
