How do I file a complaint about Las Palmas?
They aren't paying out. They stall and make excuses.
I hate to bother with this but I just got another guess when maybe they will do it. Maybe the end of this week, maybe next week. That's about the fifth time they've given me one of these guesses. The others didn't happen and I have no reason to expect this will.
They owe me 2500 from Dec. 22. I was going to leave some money in there but after the bad customer service, I requested the rest another 2000 Jan. 19. This is by Moneybookers.
I don't recommend playing there. I hope SBR can do something.
