Really need help here & Heritage customer service is closed. Somebody has hacked into my account doing internal ID transfers into poker & casino, draining my account! Is there anyway I can change my password on their website like you can with Bookmaker/DSI websites?Comment -
The missing $1,500 from my account mysteriously reappeared in the form of a casino credit, when I never played casino.
Will have to wait until 10am eastern to contact CS, to find out why there's unauthorized poker $ casino activity on my account.

The investigation revealed that some jackass from SBR hacked into my Heritage account, my $1,500 was returned. The perpetrator had his Heritage account closed & balance confiscated, was it worth it chump?

Heritage reversed the $1,500 casino winnings, but returned the $1,500 perp had transferred out of my account. So it's a wash, I didn't win or lose from this ordeal. I posted a screenshot in some thread. I had account # blacked out, but it was still able to be seen for some reason when I uploaded. From there, the perp must have spent many countless hours guessing my password. Luckily I check my account activity often. I didn't know the perp & I'm not going to release his name, losing his balance & a top out is penalty enough. I was only told he had a balance which would be confiscated, wasn't told how much. Hopefully a substantial balance.Originally posted by sweepComment -
