Bwin close account after winning bet

Hi opened a bwin account tonite at 19:00 uk time , deposited £100 ,made 2 bets ,1was borussia to win 2-1 v arsenal , went to log into my account after the game and it says closed ,can anyone help , winning bet was 34 euros on at 10.0 ,thanks

Ye , i have then came on sbr , read reviews and see it takes a week for them to reply , just very quick closed , 2 x £30 bets ??

I e-mailed bwin yesterday and they emailed me back telling me my account has been reopened ,the winnings r there and i made a withdrawal request (1st time) and within 3 hours their telling me it has been approved and is being processed , so il wait and c
