So over the past three weekends, I've had good luck with betting heavy favorite ML parlays in CFB. After three weekends of winning them, my bookie said that he'd no longer take ML parlays from me that include games for which his affiliated website (1betvegas.com) doesn't issue a money line. 
Consequently, any future ML parlays I bet on with him probably will be restricted to 2 TD favorites at best. 
My question for the forum is: Are there any online sportsbooks that publish moneylines for all games and also allow their users to parlay those MLs? What, if any, other options should I look into?
