    5 Dimes Loyalty Program
So I've been with Heritage for 9/10 years......only book I use. Decided to spread out and look into other books for this football season to line shop. You all have said solid things about 5dime so I gave them a shot

First off, wasn't happy with payout time. Heritage is not joke next day. You call them at 10am monday and P2P is ready next day.....like clockwork.

Ive had rejections when using 5dimes online withdraw options that I didn't know about till after 1pm. Call them and they say next day it can be done and the next day money will be ready.......so a monday withdraw online that gets canceled without notification, call after 1pm and told tusday withdraw, call wed for pickup info and not ready till thursday.........never at heritage, never

Also was told that I could only take $695 out cause that was the max a processor would allow.......wtf???

But what set me off was today. I noticed heritage gave me money back at end of septemebr for all the money I wager regardless of win or lose. Its a really nice little perk to get a few hundred free dollars even when you win. So I went to 5dimes to ask.......they tell me Im in a 50% reduced juice program I had no idea about and never used......told them I would like the 15% cash back on loses.....won a ton but managed to give a lot back so figured 15% would at least not make me as bitter for a bad 10 days I've been on.....she says no, sorry. You are part of the 50% program I've never used but can change me now. Wont be retroactive........wtf! Ive never used the reduce option and lost a large amount of money, what good does now do for me??? She keeps saying, sorry sir anything else.......why would a book not retro for a new customer who has never once received a free play, a bonus, a cash back and NEVER once used the REDUCED JUICE option because I never knew it existed

Im done with 5dimes and those who say they are a better book than Heritage is crazy.......

    5Dimes issues

Slow P2P times (some where fast but half where slow or slower than Heritage)
No Loyalty reward program like heritage cash every three months.......and the fact they wouldn't retro is a joke. Im not scum or some shady person. Im a 45 day old customer who has NEVER once received anything from them and didnt even know about reduced juice.

I was capped several times on bets.........thast BS

Im sorry but the lack of working with me on the 15% cash back for 30days set me off and done with them. Heritage will get all my hard earned money

If/When an issue pops up Heritage is by far better than 5Dimes to work with.
I have to say though I've never had a problem with Tony and he's assisted me a couple times over the years when something needed his help with.

If you NEVER placed a wager using reduced juice ask for Rommel...if he's still with them he can probably assist you.

Never used the reduce juice bet, didnt even know it was a option till the lady in chat told me today.......Im over it, just pissed the way she flat out said "no" and "those are the rules". Wouldn't even consider the fact Im new to the book. Im now never coming back. Happy with Heritage and zero reason to ever use another book. Wont ever refer anyone to 5dimes in the future. Win or lose, I really like how heritage rewards your play for quarterly.......

          be leary of 5 dimes

I'm only writing this because I've been a customer for about 10 years, I think the last couple of years they have become very shaddy.
They seem to change their rules with regards to reimbusing deposit fees when it suits them, and they give misinformation on bonuses. I sent them an email asking if I was eligible for a reload bonus because about 9 months ago they said I wan't at that time due to payouts I got. They're answer was "yes you are now eligible for a reload bonus" After I made the deposit, they wouldn't give me the bonus and they didn't care that someone had told me that I was eligible. I'm a pretty small time better. It was only a 250 deposit which meant it would have been 50 dollars after a 5 time rollover. They won't be getting my business anymore.

Its the little BS like that......I'm talking 15% of my loses for the month.......never received one bonus or free play or any reduced juice from them......one simple request to a new customer. F em, Im glad I have heritage to fall back on.......never gave me a reason to leave and gives me comfort to know I have a solid book to play with........Pounding Atl -10 tonight!

I know reading is a bitch, but everything you said is covered on the site. And you're wrong/confused about a lot so I'll start from the top.

It's retarded, but go into chat and request a payout. Then go in the next day mid-afternoon and they'll give you your info on who is sending your payment to pick up. There's a money*gram* option that is max $2500.

That 15% of your loses thing is if you lose more than you win, so don't be mad that they didn't give it to you...well unless you lose more than you win.

              It's 30% reduced juice, not 50%, and it's automatic...you don't manually "use" it. Lines are 7 cents instead of 10 (30%).

I mainly bet mma and kalikas opens lines there, plus they have by far the best mma props, so that's why I'm there. I tried to open up a Heritage account after I saw they had a real rewards program, but they're not accepting new customers.

I understand what you are saying about reading and in the rules, Im not pointing the fingure at them and saying theyre wrong.....its more about doing the right thing to a new player.......its 50% reduced juice and its a actual box to check called "reduced" its not factored into regular lines, you have to go to the "reduced" category to get the 50% off.......yeah, I didnt know the option existed either

I know what you're saying about ** but im stating a fact, I called after my online p2p was rejected (she didnt explain clearly why it was rejected but said I couldnt use Costa Rica again) I excepted that. She said I could use ** and the max left was $695 for that processor......I had $4000 in account and wanted more than $695 but took what I could......It was also my 3rd of the week and was frustrated by that but thats the cost of being American and betting in the states, we get f'd with........

Bottle line, I won a lot but I also lost a lot.......never received one free thing from these guys, not to beat a dead horse but a simple one time curtsy woulda been nice and woulda gone about my business. I'm not new to this industry and never done one shady act or my heritage account wouldn't be active for almost 10 years.

Its over and I made my last bet with 5dimes.......I win, withdraw and close. I lose, goodbye

Oh ok, then you actually got the "reduced juice" option. The 30% is the default option so I figured that's what you had.

Heritage does sound pretty glorious, I wish I could've opened an account. Believe me I'm been plenty frustrated with 5dimes in the past, but it's my best option. I hope Gov. Christie throws down and gets sportsbooks legalized in Jersey and I won't have to worry about all this foolishness of getting my money I earned.

It's not their fault, it's the US dictatorship. It used to be simple. You had you book hooked up to your bank account, click withdraw and 2 days later it was there.

just some advice, ur paying alot more depositing using p2p online vs in person...not sure why that is but its def. more expensive....

and its also much easier to get blacklisted that way too compared to going in person

maybe that also has something to do with reimbursed fees, maybe cause its using cash or something and not a card is my guess
