Do books offer nba moneylines

Hi I am new to sport betting, I just checked the 8 or so recommended books rated A (Pinnacle, Greek etc) on this forum for nba moneylines but it seemed that none of them offers nba moneylines. Have there ever been moneylines for nba or the time has not come yet?

If you are looking at tomorrow's games, its a little early. Look in the morning and moneylines will be up.

Also how long before a game are moneylines offered? I've read some threads on moneylines on this forum before and from what I've read, it seemed that moneylines are offered when it is deep into the season, I must have mistaken now. So is it that moneylines are offered for every game, shortly before each game starts, from the very beginning of the season?

moneylines are offered on every game but they usually dont come out til 9 am PDT game day whereas the spread comes out around 10pm the previous night, they do this to allow early action to determine the exact price of the moneyline they will offer,
