I just picked the correct score for the 5k freeplay and not more than 2 minutes after I rcvd email from them stating last cc deposit didn't go thru. I've made over 20 successful cc deposits and never have had any issues. They have my CC details on files and it currently showing pending on my cc statement. I can tell you this better be a coincidence but seems very strange timing to rcv email 2 minutes after game ended!!! I tired to email them but now my emails are being blocked by spamcop.net to you wager!! I tried to call and they must be gone for the day. I'll let you know what happens but I don't believe in coincidences.

They have acknowledged that there was no CC problem. I had email from them stating the cc deposit email was a mistake but I had score of 24 20, which is not accurate. I called customer service who again confirmed I had correct score. I sent email advising I would go to forums and file report with SBR and amazingly I know have email stating I will rcv freeplay today and it was human error.
I've never had a problem with you wager but this seems very fishy to me. I'll confirm when free play is credited and after if I have any issues on payout.
FYI I've NEVER had issues with payout before. They've always paid out timely so I guess this is all human errorComment -
