Heritage Sports - they don't know how much you played???
So I play several different books. I try to keep track of my deposits/plays, but mis-wrote some stuff earlier in the month.

So I'm trying to go back and make sure I didn't goof (as well as just keeping accurate info).

Just got of chat with Heritage Sports, and he couldn't tell me jack. He didn't know my deposits, what was played (I play in casino as well as sportsbook).

In account history it only shows the past 14 days of history, but your'e out of luck if you want them to clarify anything before that.

Not very comforting that they can't tell you your play.

When I asked what happens if there is a discrepancy, he just basically told me it was up to me to prove it, that they won't provide any info.

    Not good.

They have a promo that if you lose 7 deposits without getting a payout you get an average of those deposits for your 8th.

There is no timeline on the promo so if it takes you longer than 14 days to deposit and lose 7 times in a row...they obviously know your deposit history longer than 14 days.

I would assume it's company policy not to dig around past the 14 days they allow you to see online unless there is an actual issue/dispute.

I tried their new mobile platform as they offered a free $25 play if you made 20 plays. I wrote them all down and made 21 plays. They emailed me back saying I only made 16 plays. Not a chance. I'm sure it is a minor glitch in their record keeping but make sure you keep records of your plays made through the mobile app just in case some winners end up missing.
