Im still waiting on answer , im told the lady who deals with complaints at LGA is at a conference untill next week. I ve been told to send email and then i follow up call on Friday next week.

Which email when dealing with totobet.com did you use i emailed support@totobet.com no answers.

From what i read on internet enet poker got there license took off them you can see them on the totobet.com site but they have not taken totobet.com license if you look on LGAwebiste still valid.

Did you just play sportsbook like me on this site ? i can not even request a withdrawal it wont let me.

Ive got so much back which was used quickly on blackjack 80 euros. I spoke to the LGA i was told Totobet.com license does not cover the sportsbook but we will see. Totobet.com have never answered one email though. They still owe me 957 euros though as all bets are settled on the account now so thats the true figure.

I have the same problem. I can't enter the sportsbook, i cannot make a withdrawal, making a contact with support is some kind of a mirracle. I do not know what to do cause they owe me huge ammount of cash. Any ideas?

I contacted LGA complaints@lga.org.mt and then called them, i was told though that the license was not renewed on the sportsbook but they do have casino license. They are contacting totobet.com again for me to see who the sportsbook has a license with and to see how i stand with the sportsbook balance.

Ive been speaking to another site which is run by tb malta ltd and ive been told that there is maintenance work and they should be contactable by the end of the week how true this is i dont know.

How long have you been a member on that site ? biggest mistake ive ever mad joining on there.

I've been a member for two weeks but in fact i started to play last week. I made few bets and then the spoortsbook was closed. While "withdrawing" it is stated that i "can" withdraw only the sum which i deposited (in fact none of the money was transferd to my account for one week). Money which i won (almost double the ammount) is virtual. I cannot transfer this to other products like casino or poker. I hope that they gonna settle this case in the proper way.

Yeah my money came from sportsbook and virtual football. I know on Saturday5th the sportsbook had dissapeared. Have you sent your passport driving license and if you depsited with a bank card a scan of both sides yet ? to banking@totobet.com ? as do that so they cant come back at you.

I know what you mean, i am worried that the money is lost. Im hoping the other site was correct and they would be contactable end of this week. Ive sent so many emails with not one response. Have you had any response to any emails ? I would advise to email the LGA though.

I've sent all document but still didn;t received any response. Live chat is all the time offline so i am leaving them messages but they do not reply.
I will write to LGA today so that they will be aware that the problem is wide and there are plenty of people being cheated by totobet.

Exact same problem as me then, if the contact i have is right the live chat might be up and running but i have my doubts. Best to contact them you can also ring them to chase it through as well i spoke to lady called Frances in the complaints she seemed helpful on the phone so hopefully something can be done.

Where did you learn of totobet.com to join ? i found them on a site top100 bookmakers .

Yeah definately im hoping with a few of us complaining it adds weight as i really could do with the money now. Ii tried to call LGA yesterday and today to see if any answer but i could not get through to the complaints department i left messages but no returned call. I guess they haven't had an answer back.

Spoke with the LGA this morning on the phone. Totobet.com are not licensed with the sportsbook in Malta. LGA said they are going to try to help or find out who the sportsbook is licensed with. Totobet are denying that the money is withdrawable to the LGA.

The lady at the LGA is going to email once totobet come back with another answer.

Have you heard anything from LGA ? have you noticed Totobet.com site does not seem to work now you can get to the homepage but not log on screen.

there is no answear from the lady from LGA. I' ve noticed that site is not working properly. Chat window is not opening at all and you cannot log in. Fortunatelly i ve made some screenshots of my account before it happened.

i do not know how it happened but i ve just received my withdrawall (after 2 weeks) . these are only the money which i previously depostied which was about a half of the whole sum which i had on my account. now it is time to fight for the money which i won from the sportsbook.

Ive only managed to get a response from LGA when I call them ive sent emails but never get any kind of response. I did exactly the same with screenshots you can get to your balance though without using the buttons on the site.
