While I am confident that they are not running for the nearest speed boat with all of our money and it is just a hardware related issue that is obviously affecting multiple sites, I do wish that BetDSI would have a way of keeping their customers informed/updated as to the status/ETC of being back up. They have a FB page, a Twitter account (I think) and they have every person's email address, but just sitting there doing nothing is a little disappointing in my opinion. Please don't forget who the CUSTOMER is...

I call BS. Zero chance after a public burial that books upgrade prime time on a Sunday. Shit would be done at 3am EST at least. They got hacked...only explanation that makes sense.

Public got buried, therefore, they will be chasing with the Sunday night game and the Monday night game. It would be an absolutely stupid move to "upgrade" at this time. Do it on a low volume day/time. Not when everyone needs a bet. I've always seen 5Dimes update/upgrade after midnight west coast time.
