Dsi live casino problem

just got my ass handed to me on the live casino... playing BJ.. win 2 out of three hands.. and next thing I know my balance drops to zero after it pays me for the win. I ask for the pitboss who tells me that there is no record of my play.. I was playing for over 2 hours and know exactly where my money was... super rigged. i have deposited and cashed large amounts from DSI.. first time I have had a major issue.
anyone ever have the same problem?

How much did you lose? That is crazy do they have a history tab you can look at ? I see a few complaints lately on them here .

thats pretty scary that they did...if you look at your hand history does it show?

I have had an issue where the Live Casino screen shows balance $0, but BetDSI balance was correct. It took them about 12 hours to resolve as every time I tried to go back into Live Casino, it just showed balance $0 and wouldn't allow any play. They corrected with a credit for the amount of my last BJ hand win.
